I’ve heard and read various news articles that say red wine and moderate alcoholic beverage intake is actually beneficial to your health and will actually make you live longer. How do we know what’s true?

by A.C. June 21, 2009 at 4:53 pm

Actually there is no scientific proof that the alcohol has any affect on the findings in these statements but rather the grapes in the red wine that are beneficial to your health. And most of the people who they base these studies off of happen to be on a healthy eating diet as well and most often live in foreign countries where there food intake is much more conservative.
       mike June 22, 2009 at 10:49 pm
